Wholesale · Cafes & Espresso Bars
Your regulars decide every visit whether to come back.
For a hotel or a restaurant, coffee is one detail among many. For a cafe, it is the product. It is what you are asking people to return for, recommend, and pay for day after day. Competing on the cheapest bean you can put through a grinder is competing to lose — and your regulars know the difference faster than you think.
The coffee is not a line item. It is your whole reputation.
Most businesses use coffee as a supporting detail. For a cafe or espresso bar, there is no supporting detail to hide behind — every ticket is a coffee ticket, and every cup is a direct test of whether you are worth the trip. A flat, predictable, unremarkable bean does not just fail to impress; it tells your regulars there is nothing to be curious about.
The cafes that build real loyalty give people something to talk about: an espresso that is actually balanced, a pourover they have not had before, a bag to take home that tastes as good as what they had at the bar. That is not a premium add-on. That is just doing the job.
We're a retail roaster first
That matters for a cafe because of what it changes about the sourcing. A lot of wholesale roasters roast to a price: they start with a number they have to hit, buy beans cheap enough to hit it, and blend and reformulate to keep it steady. We came up the other way — selling to retail customers who decide every week whether the cup was good enough to buy again.
So we buy great single origins and micro-lots, roast a wide range fresh, and rotate seasonally. That breadth gives your regulars real variety across espresso, drip, and rotating single origins, and gives you something to retail under your brand or ours. The last thing we want is your espresso going stale on the shelf between orders.
What a cafe program looks like with us
Espresso that holds up through a full service and stays interesting to the people pulling it. Batch and drip coffees that are worth recommending, not just convenient. Rotating single-origin features so there is always something new to talk about at the bar. And retail bags — under your label or ours — so customers can take home the coffee they liked and you get a second sale from every cup that impressed them.

We already have a roaster. Is switching worth the disruption?
That depends on whether your current coffee is doing the job. If regulars are not remarking on it, staff are not proud of it, and you are not confident recommending it, then the disruption of a transition is small compared to what you are giving up every day. We send samples before anything is decided, so you can taste the difference before you commit.
Do you offer rotating single origins, or is it the same beans every order?
We roast a wide range fresh and rotate with the seasons. If you want a feature espresso or a rotating pour-over that gives regulars a reason to ask what is on now, we can build that into your program. The range is real — not a marketing angle.
Can we sell retail bags under our own brand?
Yes. White-label is part of how we work. We roast under your name and put your label on the bag. Your customers take home your brand; we handle the roasting behind it. You can also carry bags under our label if you prefer — some cafes do both.
