The cup in your guest's hand is part of the room.
You have invested in the bed, the linens, the lobby, the lighting — every detail that tells a guest this place is worth it. Then a lot of properties hand that same guest the cheapest coffee on the truck. It is the one detail that quietly says the opposite.
You sell an experience. Don't let the coffee undercut it.
Coffee is one of the few things a guest tastes directly, often first thing in the morning when their impression of the stay is still forming. A good cup costs very little more than a forgettable one, and it does real work: it makes the breakfast feel considered, the lobby feel warm, the brand feel like it pays attention. We say this plainly because it is true — the coffee is cheap leverage on a premium experience.
We're a retail roaster first
That matters for a hotel because of what it changes about the coffee. A lot of wholesale roasters roast to a price: they start with a number they have to hit, buy beans cheap enough to hit it, and blend and reformulate to keep it steady. We came up the other way — selling to retail customers who decide every week whether the cup was good enough to buy again.
So we buy great beans, roast a wide range fresh, and ship it seasonal. The last thing we want is a bag of your coffee sitting open at a breakfast station for weeks with a roast date from a season that already passed. Fresh and worth drinking is the whole point.
What a hotel program looks like with us
In-room and breakfast service that is consistent and easy for staff to run. Lobby and restaurant coffee with enough range to feel like a destination, not an afterthought. Bag-in-box (20–50 lb) for high-volume breakfast and banquet operations. And retail bags for a gift shop or in-room sale — under your brand or ours — so guests can take the coffee they liked home with them.

Can you supply in-room, lobby, and restaurant service separately?
Yes. A property usually needs more than one format — something easy and consistent for in-room or breakfast service, and something with more range for a lobby bar or restaurant. We build the program around how each area actually serves coffee.
Can the coffee carry our hotel brand?
Yes. We can roast under your name and put your label on the bag — white-label is just part of how we work. Your guests see your brand; we handle the roasting behind it.
We run high volume at breakfast. What format makes sense?
High-volume breakfast and banquet service is where bag-in-box (20–50 lb) earns its keep — less packaging, less waste, one container to work out of. We talk through the right mix once we know your covers.
